Welcome to I Did It Fitness Center. Where the goal is simple, get people moving. People find it hard to make time to workout. What we don’t realize is a little bit here and a little bit there adds up.Did you know the average American watches 5 hours of TV a day according to Bureau of Labor Statistics. According to The Bladder and Bowel Foundation we go to the bathroom six or seven times a day. What if you turned each hour of TV and each trip to the bathroom into an opportunity to do one small?
I Did It: Fitness Center encourages people to use those events to do that, because it will add up. And maybe we can forget the excuses and get moving.
How it works
There are a few trigger activities already loaded in the app. Let’s use one of them as an example. I went to the bathroom. Once you go to the bathroom tap “I went to the bathroom” and the app will give you a random workout such as “Do 20 Pushups”. Do your pushups and tap complete. That’s it. You’re done.
